In this class you will learn to make classic and contemporary Beef Wellingtons as well as learn how to prepare brown sauces, vegetable gratins, duchesse potatoes and poached fruit desserts. Menu includes Beef Wellington with wild mushroom sauce, kale gratin, duchesse potatoes, red wine poached pears with sabayon.

 

This class is part of our Savvy Chef series but may be taken seperately.
