Get ahead of the game this Thanksgiving with this workshop! Prepare side dishes that you will bring back home with you so that most of the work is done for the next day. Dishes include Grand Marnier cranberry sauce, turkey dressing (traditional Southern cornbread stuffing or traditional New England style stuffing), oven roasted vegetables, sweet potato gratin, butternut squash soup, and hollandaise sauce. You will learn how to make a perfect mashed potatoes, turkey gravy and how to time your turkey so it is ready, with all of your side dishes right on time. If you have a favorite Thanksgiving dish you would like help preparing just let us know! Servings for four are included in workshop cost. Additional servings are $12/serving.
