In this hands-on class you will bake and decorate a traditional European sponge cake. You will learn professional tricks to getting your cakes to rise evenly, torting them (dividing into layers) and some contemporary decorating techniques. You will take home your 8 inch cake to share with friends and family.

 

 

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation for a full refund if you give 48 hours notice. You may receive a 50% refund with 24 hours notice. We regret that we are unable to give refunds to those who cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Likewise you may reschedule your class with at least 24 hours notice.
