This hands-on workshop is designed to give you practice in leveling a cake, icing the cake and working with a piping bag to create beautiful borders. Students can also practice cake carving and chocolate work. Cakes, fillings and buttercreams are provided, come ready to practice!

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation for a full refund if you give 48 hours notice. You may receive a 50% refund with 24 hours notice. We regret that we are unable to give refunds to those who cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Likewise you may reschedule your class with at least 24 hours notice.
