Learn to carve cake layers and make and use rolled fondant to cover a cake as well as how to work with gumpaste and create “painted” cakes as you design and create your own two tier cake.


Please note: this is an advanced decorating class. You will get the most out of this class if you are already comfortable leveling, icing and decorating cakes.
